The Universal Vehicle Combat series is a series of kits for creating vehicle combat games, which currently includes the Space Combat Kit and the Mech Combat Kit.
These kits share a common foundation for many of the systems they use, including weapons, radar, health, power/energy and more. This makes it very easy to learn different kits in the series once you've mastered one of them, as well as making it very easy to build games that use different types of vehicles.
